Muhammed was very quick to respond and once he arrived he found exactly how the rats had got in. He then was able to also catch and remove the rat that had snuck into one of the rooms. Would highly recommend his services.

Muhamed came out to my property after I rang regarding a possible hornets nest in my flat. He was quick and professional with his work, as well as polite and friendly. He applied expanding foam to areas in my bathroom which will hopefully stop the hornets entering so easily.

The team did a really great job especially managing to get rid of a squeeling rat and putting in place extensive measures to deal with others.
They were so well informed and worked with care an attention and although I thought their initial quote was expensive they were so proffesional and diligent - even braving the loft ( no boarding) to block areas where squirells were getting in get in. Mohammed and his assistants helped us get rid of rats in our cavity wall. They had to repeat the treatment for three times until final resolution. They honor their 3 month guarantee policy as they did not charge us extra after payment of the initial fee. Also, Mohammed was the only professional (among several we tried) who identified and sealed the entry point to our house.

13 January 2024 - My wife and I called up Mohammed at 7am this morning as we noticed a rat on our home security cameras. Mohammed and his son, both came over this morning (the very same day), fearlessly opened the skirting in our kitchen, identified where the entry points are, and placed the rat poison to hopefully resolve the issue. We now expect them to return a couple of weeks later to check the status. Very impressed with their professionalism and approach so far.

Sadly the rodent could not be removed however he put in some poison in the areas and identified entry points.
