We contacted Muhammed about a potential rat problem at our property. He responded quickly and came over at the earliest opportunity to inspect the issue. During his inspection, Muhammed determined that the damage was actually being caused by squirrels rather than rats. Although squirrel trapping is not a service he provides, he was still very helpful in identifying the entry points the squirrels were using to access our property. This allowed us to seal the openings and resolve the issue. We really appreciated his prompt response, honesty, and willingness to help even though the problem ultimately fell outside his scope of work.

He did a full survey of the house, identified how the rats were getting under the house and in the loft and put his plan in motion for resolving the issue which included poison and blocking the areas rats are getting in. What a service. We heard the noises all over the house - roof and floors. The invasion was on! But we could not tell what invading. Muhammed from QK pest control was local, and well reviewed on Google. So I went for him, and the reviews were correct. Polite, efficient, and affordable. More importantly, with one visit and within a week, the noises are gone. He even spotted the entry point, and for small extra fee, filled that in. Would highly recommend . He knows what he is doing!

Muhammed did a great job for us - he was very professional and helpful. I called him up early on a Monday morning terrified as I'd seen either a mouse or rat downstairs in my house the night before and had not slept all night. He came the same day, checked everywhere for droppings and left mouse poison. He was clear and helpful about next steps and answered all my questions. Two weeks later, we also paid him to close all holes in the walls/floorboards to stop them getting in. We've not seen any droppings since. We would highly recommend his services to anyone in need.
